Tom Devine (moderator) is the Legal Director of Government Accountability Project, a non-profit, non-partisan whistleblower protection and advocacy organization. He has assisted thousands of whistleblowers since he joined the organization in 1979. Devine has led the campaigns to enact or defend nearly all modern whistleblower laws passed by Congress, including corporate rights enacted since 1992 and the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2012. He was a member of the original legal team representing whistleblower Rick Parks.
