Dr. David H. Bland,Ed.D. Formally assistant to Kentucky Gov. Jillian Carroll and together achieved the adoption of a Constitutional Amendment abolishing cash bail. With the Community United Church of Christ, Raleigh, North Carolina, we have formed the North Carolina Interfaith Cash Bail Reform Committee which is working to reform cash bail in North Carolina and beyond.
